Tis the Season of Giving…. Operation Christmas Sleeve is here once again. The “Putting Many to Flight Project” of the Oseola McCarty Youth Development Center is sponsoring the 20th Annual Operation Christmas S.L.E.E.V.E. This is Christmas giving with a purpose. We celebrate by counting blessings, and remembering those who are less fortunate and absent from their families.
